🚀 Project
- Manage overall project plans and implementation across business, technical, and vendor areas
- Coordinate activities in scope for countries like Germany, Austria, and Slovenia
- Set up and lead sessions with the Governance Body
- Report consolidated project status to the Global Program and stakeholders
- Align on key topics and handle escalations to appropriate governance bodies
- Collaborate with Global PY Head, Regional Workstreams, and NGSC PY Lead
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Monitor, report, and escalate risks and issues to the PY Program and Governance Body
- Guide Project Leads in project methodologies and activity execution
- Ensure consistent project delivery in line with methodology and gate reviews
- Integrate dependent business and technical activities
