🚀 Project
- manage the design, deployment, and delivery of complex projects to meet business requirements
- direct project teams (including external resources) and oversee progress, quality, and budget
- organize and lead project meetings, maintaining records of actions, decisions, and risks
- ensure smooth transition to operations and proper release execution
- deliver internal and outsourced projects from initiation to operations
- report project status, issues, and risks to governance teams with actionable insights
- ensure compliance with security and compliance policies within project management scope
- collaborate with internal teams, DDIT functions, and strategic suppliers

🎯 Skills
- over 8 years of IT/business experience in a global pharmaceutical company
- at least 3 years of local site experience
- over 5 years of management experience in a global matrix organization
- knowledge of IT processes, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, ICE, Agile)
- previous project management or IT program management experience in a pharmaceutical company
- strong stakeholder communication and alignment skills

💡 Nice to have
- knowledge of procurement technology landscapes like SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass
- familiarity with GxP/SOX validation practices and financial/IT control standards
- legal and commercial awareness of global deals and contracts
