- strong stakeholder management and engagement with senior leadership
- expertise in large-scale project and change management (Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)
- deep understanding of regulated industries (Pharma)
- experience with legacy systems in manufacturing sites
- knowledge of emerging MES technologies and trends
