🚀 Project
- oversee a team of ~10 technical resources including Business Analyst, Software Lead, GenAI Solution Architect, Software Engineer, and Data Scientist
- focus on strategic vision and operational initiatives for tax AI projects
- execute initiatives and track progress against Tax AI-related goals
- manage project governance and coordinate team efforts
- develop project plans, identify risks, and manage resources
- set up tools and templates for consistent reporting and efficient execution
- facilitate meetings, including workstream and SteerCo meetings
- manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and scope variances
- prepare executive reports with updates on key metrics, risks, and progress
- collaborate on tracking KPIs and program benefits

🎯 Skills
- over 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on technology product management and development
- strong PMO experience with excellent organizational skills
- consultant mindset
- proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, G Suite, and/or MS Project tools
- knowledge of project management methodologies
- interest in AI, GenAI, automation, and prompting
- ENG C1
