Lead Project Manager (38260)

Looking for a Lead Project Manager with strong expertise in finance IT systems. Oversee, refine financial interfaces testing and ensure adherence to core finance processes. You'll support governance in R2R, O2C, ID Tax, and TRM/TCM areas, perform technical project reviews and provide business partnering for implementations. Project management skills are paramount. Experience with eInvoicing/SAFT frameworks, AFCOM replacements advantageous. Stakeholder management & Pharma experience preferred.

🚀 Project
- oversee and refine testing for Finance Solutions interfaces (P34/P92) while ensuring adherence to Finance Core processes
- support governance in R2R, O2C, ID Tax, and TRM/TCM areas, including CAB activities
- perform technical project reviews for finance implementation projects
- provide business partnering for 1C implementations
- guide project teams to deliver IT solutions for key initiatives such as eInvoicing/SAFT, AFCOM replacement, and compensation billing tools
- act as a core expert for Day-X projects, driving setup, execution, and governance to meet business objectives within defined budgets

🎯 Skills
- strong expertise in Finance IT systems (e.g., P34/P92, 1C)
- experience in R2R, O2C, ID Tax, and Treasury (TRM/TCM) processes
- governance experience (CAB, GPO alignment)
- proven track record in project management (budget, quality, delivery)
- technical and business acumen in finance implementation projects

💡 Nice to have
- knowledge of eInvoicing/SAFT frameworks
- familiarity with AFCOM replacement or similar system migrations
- expertise in Group SB Compensation Billing tools
- experience contributing to Day-X projects or large-scale finance rollouts
