This role involves managing all aspects of assigned studies, overseeing a multidisciplinary Clinical Trial Team, coordinating data analysis, and compiling regulatory documents for submission. Excellent project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills required. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of Good Clinical Practice and global clinical development processes, with the ability to work independently in a complex matrix environment. 🚀 Project
- clinical execution and management of all aspects of assigned clinical studies
- agreeing on project and study timelines with team
- leading a multidisciplinary Clinical Trial Team or support Senior CPM
- organizing investigator meetings and related internal meetings
- interacting with investigator sites and CRAs/CROs/vendors for smooth study setup and conduct
- assisting in compiling study regulatory documents for submission to authorities
- reviewing all site visit related reports and monitoring activities
- contributing to the study data ongoing quality review
- coordinating data analysis and interpretation for first interpretable results with the team
- contributing to development of Clinical Study Protocol, MAP treatment plan, amendments, and other document

🎯 Skills
- approximately 8 years’ of Global Clinical Operations experience with managerial experience in designing, planning, executing, reporting and publishing clinical studies
- ability to work independently in a complex matrix environment (including remote), including leading cross
- solid project management skills
- thorough knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, clinical study design, statistics, regulatory processes, and global clinical development process
- presentation and diplomacy skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- strong customer-oriented mindset
- ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision and understand when to escalate
- willingness to act accountably in project/study management
- travel as required
