🚀 Project
- oversee end-to-end management of the AI use case program, ensuring integration with the proprietary Program Management process
- lead the AI use case intake process, coordinating with teams like Responsible AI, Security, Data Governance, and Capacity Planning
- facilitate and enhance the AI program management process within the ServiceNow platform
- conduct reviews of AI use cases to ensure they meet internal criteria and standards before approval
- act as the primary escalation point for resolving issues and expediting approvals
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

🎯 Skills
- proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with expertise in managing technology or AI-related projects
- familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms
- experience in process design and improvement, with a successful track record
- knowledge of AI applications, responsible AI practices, and data governance principles
- ENG C2
