🚀 Project
- ensuring all supporting components of the service, including SLAs, OLAs, and UCs, are aligned and managed as an integrated service
- monitoring, reviewing, and reporting performance against the SLA/OLA service and/or portfolio
- implementing and post-installation responsibilities, including technical consulting to the user community and providing solutions to software problems
- supporting and taking responsibility for defined system administration activities on an allocated/defined system or environment
- supporting and improving the system environment and services (sizing)
- writing all related documentation aligned with documentation standards
- designing configuration and administration in support of ongoing projects
- executing change management activities
- supporting File Share Offshore Improvement Activities and recommending areas for improvement
🎯 Skills
- 7+ years in IT operations and system management
- 5+ years managing File Shares and Microsoft Active Directory (WINS, DFS, PowerShell)
- 3+ years supporting global environments and migrations
- experience in Identity and Access Management
- experience automating routine tasks
- understanding of pharmaceutical industry business requirements
- proven experience with multinational teams
- strong knowledge of Active Directory and File Servers
- excellent customer service skills
- strong understanding of business needs
- experience in customer-facing roles within service organizations
- managing relationships with clients
- familiarity with infrastructure environments and networking
- strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Scripting, SQL, and SCCM
- good written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- fluency (oral and written) in English
