Talent Acquisition Specialist (38047)
I’m looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Polish and broader European markets. In this role, you'll oversee 18-25 active requisitions, identifying and assessing top talent across diverse profiles. Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners, you’ll ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. I’m seeking someone with at least two years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with an international focus. - manage end-to-end recruitment processes focused on the Polish market and support other European markets
- lead 18-25 active requisitions simultaneously
- identify, attract, assess, and support top talent across diverse profiles
- ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers
- collaborate closely with managers across regions and partner with HR centers of excellence
🎯 Skills
- minimum two years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role, ideally in an international or in-house environment, healthcare industry experience is a plus
- strong interviewing skills and ability to engage both active and passive candidates
