HR Expert (39197)

Join the dynamic team as an HR Expert and support the full employee life-cycle within the CZ/SK HireToRetire team. Collaborate with Payroll, local HR teams, and manage benefits and service requests. You'll ensure data accuracy in SAP, Workday, and other systems while driving continuous process improvement. Bring your expertise in HR operations, ticketing tools, and customer service. If you're fluent in Polish (native or C1) and have advanced skills in Excel, I want to hear from you.

🚀 Project
- support CZ/SK HireToRetire team through the entire employee life-cycle
- collaborate with Payroll team and local HR Team (people partners)
- administer employee benefits and handle service requests
- resolve issues or escalate them to next-level support, experts, or vendors
- manage employee requests related to Hire2Retire processes, including Time & Attendance
- maintain and check data in SAP, Workday, and other systems
- contribute to Payroll and HR projects at country or BU level
- ensure compliance with legislation, data privacy, and protection guidelines
- act as a subject matter expert for personnel administration processes
- support continuous improvement and process evaluation within scope

🎯 Skills
- Polish language native or C1 level, with English proficiency
- experience in HR Operations (HR Ops) / HR Service Delivery
- proficient in HRIS systems (SAP, Workday)
- advanced skills in reporting and MS Excel
- experience with HR ticketing tools
- strong customer orientation
- high accuracy and attention to detail
