🚀 Project
- setting up a new CM database, implementation and maintenance
- data maintenance and import: importing data from other systems, e.g. via CSV or other API interfaces
- setting up and managing the configuration database (future tool i-doit)
- ensuring data integrity and completeness in the CMDB
- analysis of the infrastructure and configuration data to identify optimization potential
- integration of i-doit with monitoring tools
- automation of data synchronizations between i-doit and other systems
- monitoring the infrastructure configuration
- managing configuration and infrastructure changes
- ensuring that all changes are documented and traceable
- development and implementation of processes for configuration management according to ITIL 

🎯 Skills
- knowledge of Bash, PowerShell or Python for automating processes
- networks, servers, databases, and operating systems
- experience with i-doit or similar tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- understanding of SQL
- ITIL processes: especially change, incident, and configuration management
- knowledge of asset and lifecycle management
- ability to analyze and organize complex data structures
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain extensive documentation
- ability to structure data in a clear and accessible way
- German and English at C1 level
