Project Manager (37426)

Are you an experienced HR professional with a knack for project management? I'm looking for a Project Manager in Human Resources department. Your main tasks will involve senior stakeholder management, risk management, and coordinating Wave planning and execution progress. Other responsibilities include aligning regional initiatives, managing critical project deliverables, and ensuring all legal and regulatory aspects are dealt with according to local laws and standards. Experience in implementing global HR projects is required, and pharmaceutical sector experience is a plus.

🚀 Project 
- senior stakeholders interaction and management within the Country
- proactively raising and managing risks related to the country implementation organization
- coordination and monitoring of Wave planning and execution progress to ensure successful Waves and transitions go-live
- partnering with the Country Implementation Partners for local stakeholder involvement as needed to supplement local COE stakeholders obtained through the COE for requirement gathering and other critical activities to support the HCM implementation
- alignment on regional parallel initiatives and 3rd party counterparts to avoid conflicts with Wave roll-out (focus on Business aspects)
- management of Wave and key country project deliverables & mitigation of critical risks (focus on business topics)
- management of escalation process for project issues (focus on business topics)
- ensuring all legal and regulatory aspects within the country are adhered to including data protection, worker councils approvals 
- partnering with People Engagement to ensure communication and support for all countries is provided at different levels of need
