Agile Lead (37405)

I am looking for a skilled Agile Lead featuring at least five years of relevant experience in Scrum Mastery or Agile Leadership on at least two different projects. You will be responsible for driving the success of our software development centre, coaching the team to stay focused on the target goal, and guiding them in their working methods. A main part of your work will be to ensure the team’s functionality and productivity, as well as to spread the knowledge of agile methodologies across the company. Having a background working with development teams and being familiar with SAFe, LESS/NEXU, and SDLC is required.

🎯 Skills
- experience as a Scrum Master / agile team leader for at least 5 years on at least 2 different projects
- experience working with development teams
