🚀 Project
- communicating with tail-end suppliers about extending payment terms to 90 days through supplier letters
- addressing and managing incoming queries from suppliers regarding payment terms
- negotiating payment terms with suppliers according to the outlined strategy
- collaborating with the respective category manager when needed for guidance or support
- proactively driving and managing the supplier's transition to the 90-day payment term

🎯 Skills
- universit or advanced level degree
- Master’s degree or other advanced degree
- excellent written and spoken English
- minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience
- strong business acumen in Procurement or other related experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or Consultancy (category management, supplier management, or related area, with a focus in the strategic procurement)
- strong knowledge of procurement project management methodologies, tools, and software
- proficiency in using Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle complex discussions with suppliers and manage business communications effectively
- ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with suppliers and category teams and time management skills
