Junior Project Manager (38069)

Are you starting your career in project management? I’m looking for a Junior Project Manager to support project planning and keep teams on track. You’ll assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables while acting as a key link between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and have strong communication skills, I’d love to meet you. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, familiarity with project management methodologies, and experience in Digital or IT teams is a plus.

🚀 Project
- assist in developing project plans (defining scope, objectives, and deliverables)
- work with team members to establish timelines and schedules
- act as liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
- facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- monitor task assignments and deadlines to keep team on track
- support resource allocation for team productivity and project efficiency
- provide administrative support for project-related tasks
- track and document issues, resolutions, and risk mitigation strategies
- contribute to lessons learned and improvement initiatives, assist with documenting project management standards

🎯 Skills
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
- some experience in project management or coordination (internships or entry-level roles acceptable)
- familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- experience in a Digital or IT team is advantageous
- strong attention to detail, with multitasking ability
- excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction
- time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- proactive approach to issue identification and resolution
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- collaborative and supportive team player
- flexibility to adapt to changes in project scope or requirements
