Appian Developer (33888)

I'm seeking a senior Appian Developer. In this role, your primary responsibilities include defining Appian solution architectures aligned with business needs and industry best practices, as well as actively contributing to solution development. You'll also focus on identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues while applying Appian best practices for effective and maintainable solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders and participation in user experience discussions are essential, and your proactive approach involves anticipating user needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless Appian solution integration. This role requires a strong technical background and at least seven years of experience in BPMS, DMS or Workflow development, with a minimum of three years in Appian implementation. Proficiency in programming languages Java, familiarity with microservice architecture, and excellent communication skills are also necessary qualifications, also knowledge of technologies like Kafka, Pulsar, Confluence, Jira, Scrum or Kanban. Nice-to-have qualifications include being a team player, demonstrating a proactive attitude, having a structured working approach, and possessing knowledge of German language.
