SecOps Engineer (33983)

I am seeking a senior SecOps Engineer to lead, enhance skills, drive continuous service improvement, deploy security solutions, maintain endpoints, ensure service quality, and address complex issues. Your role involves assisting countries in deploying modern security solutions on endpoint devices to ensure data protection, fine-tuning and maintaining endpoint security solutions, monitoring service quality, reporting key performance indicators, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll need at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, server systems, and security, plus expertise in antivirus, privileged access management, vulnerability management, and endpoint detection and response. Bonus skills include knowledge of Thales CipherTrust Manager, BYOK/BYOE, encryption, PowerShell scripting, and familiarity with SIEM tools.

- assisingt countries in deployment of Endpoint security solutions
- resolving complex issues, including through cooperation with vendors
- resolving problems with multiple stakeholders by continuously applying significant independent judgment and by collaborating with others
- tuning and maintain capabilities of Endpoint security solutions
- tracing the quality of provided service, report Key Performance Indicators, and work on service quality improvement
- reporting and operational excellence through day to day Endpoint security tools management
