๐ Project
- manage payroll processes, including pre- and post-PY-run activities
- conduct monthly payroll controls
- handle taxation and finance activities (reconciliation, accruals, etc.)
- support legally required processes in close collaboration with payroll vendor
- initiate monthly salary payments accurately and on time
- extract payroll and other reports as needed
- collaborate closely with FRA (account reconciliation, accruals)
- act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for employees, leaders, and people partners on payroll-related processes
- stay up-to-date with legal changes
- support payroll projects
๐ฏ Skills
- HR Payroll or Time & Attendance operations experience in a global, matrix organization (pharma preferred)
- proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written)
- SAP HR user knowledge
- relevant professional education (e.g., apprenticeship in business management or a degree in HR/Accounting/Business or related field)
- 2-3 years of professional experience in time administration, payroll, or personal administration (SSC environment is a plus)
- HRIS system knowledge and experience (SAP is a must, Workday is a plus)
