🚀 Project
- conduct weekly calls with vendors to review go-live status, resolve issues, and manage multi-country operations
- manage access requests, virtual desktops, HRIS access, and collaboration tools such as DocuSign
- provide tailored country-specific support for payroll reconciliation, tax reporting, and benefits system transitions
- ensure data integrity and oversee the knowledge and data transfer process Post-Go-Live
- implement operational controls for payroll and bank file processes, including penny testing and parallel payroll runs
🎯 Skills
- experience with global payroll and HR systems, including Post-Go-Live support and variance management
- project management skills for multi-country transitions, issue resolution, and leading status calls
- knowledge of payroll and HR requirements specific to various countries
