🚀 Project
- Lead and manage a team of 8 software engineers/Pentesters, including 3 team leads
- Develop and implement processes to enhance team productivity and project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives
- Drive the technical direction of telecom security products, ensuring quality and innovation
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for timely delivery
- Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, to translate requirements into development plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in telecom security

🎯 Skills
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, C, Java)
- Familiarity with telecom protocols and signaling (SS7, SIGTRAN, LTE, IMS)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure (OpenStack, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of IT/Telecom security practices and principles
