🚀 Project
- provide major incident management and incident escalation support for the Windows Server Operations team
- review and approve IT problem resolution reports
- ensure Windows Server golden images are patched and updated to meet business
- maintain and update the PowerShell script library, adding new and modifying existing scripts as needed
- provide Windows Server subject matter expert support to projects
- keep Windows Server related documentation up to date for qualification and compliance purposes

🎯 Skills
- 5 years of experience maintaining enterprise Windows Server environments
- proficiency in PowerShell
- understanding of infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- ENG B2
