Your role will include supporting training delivery, facilitating meetings, driving new technological adoption, and managing implementation timelines. Additionally, you'll have a chance to identify and mitigate change impact, adapt country-specific training materials, and monitor the implementation of improvements. For this role, I value excellent spoken and written English, previous experience in delivering projects and change management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills are a must.
🚀 Project
- supporting country implementation change management activities by delivering assigned deliverables
- managing assigned stakeholder groups through effective methods and channels
- contributing to identifying the change topics, its impact on end-users’ groups, and mitigation actions through detailed country change impact assessments
- adapting country training materials design to the country-specific requirements leveraging the global templates and knowledge on the new technology functionality, and following feedback from global change management lead, global WFS SME, and country functional SMEs
- assisting in adapting country communication to the country-specific requirements
- supporting training delivery to various end-user groups, including actual training delivery and organizing training delivery for other trainers
- facilitating country change ambassadors network following the initiative guidelines
- monitoring new technology adoption through agreed change management approach
- collecting feedback from various stakeholders and sharing it with program management and global change lead
- providing feedback on change management activities and deliverables effectiveness and ensuring agreed improvements are followed
- following country implementation timelines and milestones
- facilitating assigned meetings and attending project meetings
- following project methodology and using project tools
