IT Tester (39335)

I'm looking for an experienced IT Tester to join a dynamic telco project. You'll plan and execute test cases, validate complex system integrations, and ensure quality across platforms. You'll work closely with developers, analysts, and end-users, supporting UAT and helping evolve QA processes. Strong manual testing experience, SQL, API testing, Agile mindset, and test tools (Jira, Postman, Xray) are a must. Automation experience (e.g., Selenium or Cypress) is a strong advantage.

🚀 Project
- plan, design, and execute manual test cases for integration and UAT testing phases
- validate end-to-end business processes across multiple systems and platforms in a telco environment
- collaborate with developers, business analysts, integration teams, and end-users to ensure proper test coverage
- identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with relevant stakeholders
- participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, defect triage, and retrospectives
- support users during UAT execution by guiding them through test scenarios and assisting with troubleshooting
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within QA processes
- assist in maintaining or extending automated test suites, if experienced in test automation

🎯 Skills
- hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a strong plus
- solid understanding of integration testing and UAT processes
- experience testing APIs and backend processes in complex system environments
- ability to create detailed test cases and test plans based on specifications or user stories
- familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr, HPQC)
- solid SQL skills for data verification and backend validation
- understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, request methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE), and headers
- experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
- basic understanding of SOAP and REST services
- strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- ability to work independently and take ownership of testing activities
- working knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured)
- basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash)
- familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- analytical mindset with a drive for process improvement in QA
