You’ll work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally, ensuring smooth project progress, compliance with policies, and driving continuous improvements. 🚀 Project
- plan and manage global projects, including people & organization services integration and workstreams
- monitor project progress, costs, resources and timelines, initiating corrective actions if needed
- manage employee transitions, legal entity setup and changes for large reorganizations
- collaborate with global, regional, and country stakeholders to drive projects and anticipate needs
- participate in project budget planning and ensure proper resource allocation
- manage change initiatives, ensuring business continuity and clear communication plans
- ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, legal frameworks and policies
- build strong relationships with the People & Organization community and key stakeholders
- lead high-performing project teams by setting clear expectations, promoting team cohesiveness and resolving conflicts
- promote cultural change, diversity and inclusion within the team
- manage external associates and vendors, aligning with IT on people & organization topics
- drive efficiency and cost analyses to support productivity objectives and improvement

🎯 Skills
- pharma experience
- ENG C1
- experience in SSC environment
- min. 5 years of experience in HR operations and leading projects
- work experience in international environment/team/global company and experience in SSC environment
- highly organized, structured and efficient working style
- ability to manage a high workload with conflicting priorities
- excellent clear communication to stakeholders in business and senior leaders, including written and verbal form and presentations to steering committees
- people leadership across a matrixed cross-functional environment

- work experience in virtual/remote teams
