HR Expert (39163)

I'm looking for an HR Expert to join the team and support the CZ/SK HireToRetire processes. You’ll work closely with Payroll and HR teams, assisting with employee lifecycle tasks, resolving issues, and maintaining data in SAP and Workday. If you're a native Ukrainian speaker with HR operations experience, HRIS knowledge, and strong Excel skills, I would like to hear from you. Previous experience with pharma is a plus.

🚀 Project
- supporting CZ/SK HireToRetire team – whole life-cycle of the employee from hiring to termination
- close collaboration with Payroll team and local HR Team (people partners)
- Benefits Administration
- handling standard service requests, answering questions, resolving problems if possible or supporting problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support, experts and payroll vendor
- handling employee’s requests (in a ticketing tool) on daily basis typically related to all Hire2Retire processes incl. Time & Attendance
- maintaining data in SAP, Workday, data checks
- contributing to P&O Services (payroll) projects at country or BU level
- supporting evaluation of the services/processes/continuous improvement in scope
- ensuring timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAP-HR Core, Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendors, if applicable, to provide the best possible customer experience
- extracting reports needed for personnel administration and other reports upon request

🎯 Skills
- native Ukrainian speaker + english
- HR Operations/HR Service Delivery experience
- HRIS (Human Resource Management System) – SAP, Workday
- reporting, MS Excel advanced
