🚀 Project
- provide administrative support to the P&O Ops & DS Leadership Team
- organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and Town Halls
- manage team calendars, distribution lists, and shared folder access
- prepare meeting minutes, track tasks, and ensure follow-ups
- handle travel arrangements, including visa invitation letters
- assist with access management and administrative tasks
- support ad-hoc initiatives aligned with P&O Ops & DS strategy

🎯 Skills
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- experience with MS Visio, Outlook, and calendar management
- ability to manage meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups
- attention to detail and multitasking ability
- excellent communication and coordination skills
- ENG C1
