I am seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Writer with a focus on OT Cybersecurity to join a dynamic team In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear, engaging content and templates. You will analyze existing sites to recommend essential content for our portal, ensuring everything is accurate, relevant, and accessible to users. Your responsibilities will include establishing editorial guidelines, developing content strategies, and designing navigational flows. 🚀 Project
- working with subject matter experts to create engaging, clear and helpful content, formats and templates
- studying all the current sites we will be absorbing on which contents we should include in our portal
- creates recommendations for the content based on business and user needs
- reviewing the content to make sure it’s accurate, relevant and accessible to target users
- establishing guidelines for the editorial tone, voice of content, and content style guide
- ensuring all contents are up-to-date and conform to guidelines
- developing content plans and strategies based on user needs
- designing/reviewing navigational flows and be in charge of the site’s information architecture (metadata, tagging, search etc)
- identifying appropriate keywords based on research and business goals
- defining content lifecycle workflow
- defining content review process
