🚀 Project
- Manage payroll processes, including pre- and post-payroll run activities
- Ensure payroll monthly controls and handle taxation/finance tasks (e.g., reconciliation, accruals)
- Collaborate closely with payroll vendor and support legally required processes
- Initiate accurate and timely monthly salary payments
- Extract payroll reports and other requested reports
- Act as a point of contact for employees, leaders, and people partners on payroll-related issues
- Stay updated on legal changes affecting payroll
- Support payroll-related projects

🎯 Skills
- Education in business management or HR/accounting (Bachelor's/Master's preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in time administration, payroll, or personal administration (preferably in SSC)
- Strong English and German skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP is required, Workday is a plus)
- Knowledge of HR Operations, such as Compensation & Benefits or HR Business Partner functions
- Experience in other HR disciplines
- Familiarity with HR operations fields (e.g., payroll, learning, benefits)
