- help to keep the Development team focused (via using techniques like clear sprint goal setting, relative estimation, probabilistic forecasting, backlog visualization, quantitative and qualitative metrics etc.)
- support improvement of development culture
- help to organise Development Team meetings and other events
- cope with the set of installed processes (Scrum Maturity Assessment, Team and Delivery reporting)

🎯 Skills
- certified Scrum Master (or similar certified role)
- knowledge of Agile methodology in general and especially in Scrum framework within a corporate environment
- understanding of development culture and end-to-end engineering lifecycle
- experience with setting of practices to help teams build, test and release software faster and more reliably and how to navigate release challenges
- good communicative skills
- ENG C1
