🚀 Project
- Serve as the first line of support and troubleshooter for the attendance system
- Maintain and update employee data as needed
- Ensure time data is available for reports and generate attendance reports monthly
- Validate and prepare reports to ensure data quality and compliance with legal standards
- Resolve timekeeping issues and respond to employee inquiries
- Collaborate with the P&O team and vendor on time-related processes
- Assist with payroll and administrative duties
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide solutions
- Act as the point of contact for employees, leaders, and people partners on time-related matters
- Stay updated on legal changes affecting timekeeping and payroll processes

🎯 Skills
- Professional education in business management, HR, accounting, or a related field (Bachelor's/Master's preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in time administration, payroll, or personal administration (preferably in SSC)
- Strong English and German communication skills (spoken and written)
- Knowledge and experience with HRIS systems (SAP required, Workday is a plus)
- Experience in other HR areas (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partner, Learning)

💡 Nice to have
- Experience in HR operations
- Familiarity with HR HCM SAP and Workday
