Security Expert (39177)

I'm looking for a Security Expert to shape and enforce OT cybersecurity strategy across the group. You’ll identify risks, design countermeasures, and ensure network segmentation and firewall integrity. Part of your role will be training others and staying ahead of emerging threats. I value experience with industrial systems and tools like Claroty or Nozomi. If this aligns with your expertise, I’d love to hear from you.

🚀 Project
- developing and implementing OT security strategy and policies across the group
- identifying and prioritizing cybersecurity measures based on risk analysis
- maintaining a cybersecurity plan and ensuring proper enforcement of security policies
- monitoring vulnerabilities (CVE) and applying appropriate countermeasures
- designing and implementing solutions to enhance cybersecurity
- reviewing firewall security and network segmentation in OT environments
- training colleagues and stakeholders on OT security and cybersecurity awareness

🎯 Skills
- around 5 years of relevant experience
- willingness to travel across the EU and Czech Republic
- experience with OT security and network monitoring tools (e.g. Sinec NMS, Nozomi, Claroty, Octoplant)
- knowledge of industrial automation and cybersecurity standards (ISA 99, IEC 62443, ISO27001, NIS2)
- strong understanding of OT systems (e.g. Siemens TIA portal, PLC S7-1500, SCADA systems)
- knowledge of network infrastructure, virtualization, and OT protocols (Profinet, OPC-UA)
- ENG C1
