Software Engineer (37384)

I am seeking an experienced professional to join the team and help release a cloud-native, cross-border liquidity platform. This unique project not only offers a chance to build cloud-based capabilities but also enables banks to exchange liquidity instantly. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of software engineering experience, expertise in .NET 5.0 (ideally .NET 6.0), and proficiency in handling databases such as Azure SQL and Cosmos DB. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, preferably Azure, and infrastructure as code (Terraform and Bicep), is necessary. Expertise in microservice architecture, automated testing, messaging systems, and event-driven systems is a must-have. 🎯 Skills
- exceptional C# (.NET) engineering skills with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- minimum C# v9.0 + .NET 5.0, C# v10.0 + .NET 6.0 preferable
- databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
- automated testing including functional, performance, and resiliency testing
- microservice architecture
- serverless (Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps)
- messaging systems (they use Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, RabbitMQ)
- infrastructure as code (they use Terraform and Bicep)
- cloud computing (preferably Azure)
- understanding and experience of event-driven systems
- ability to mentor less experienced engineers
- exceptional English language skills, verbal and written
- desirable knowledge and skills
- experience of threat modeling
- any knowledge or experience working on globally distributed systems
