SAP HCM Consultant (38614)
I am looking for a SAP HCM Consultant. You will be responsible for solving technical incidents and changes in SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, ONB, PMGM), ensuring high-quality service and meeting SLAs. Your role will involve analyzing customer requirements, optimizing business processes, creating documentation, and providing training for key users. 🚀 Project
- identify and solve problems and incidents
- minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment
- analyze customer’s requirements and business processes and show creativity in solving functional and technical problems
- you will be responsible to solve the technical incidents and changes in SAP SuccessFactors (any of areas: Recruiting, ONB, PMGM ) fulfilling the agreed SLA’s and quality standards
- participate in SAP implementation/development projects
- participate in SAP presales, solutioning and client interaction activities
- improve and optimize customer's application environment
- customize business processes including creation/update of documentation
- create trainings and instruction materials for key users
- achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
🎯 Skills
- consultancy experience in PMGM, ONB, or Recruiting, including 2nd/3rd line support for these systems
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM solutions and SAP application consulting
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- service-oriented mindset
- fluent in English (written and spoken)
- German B2
- familiarity with SuccessFactors technology and systems
💡 Nice to have
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one of the following domains: PMGM, ONB, or Recruiting
- ABAP development skills
- experience in any SAP HCM submodule (PA, OM, PD, PT, PY, FI-TV, xSS)
- experience working in an SAP application support team
- ITIL certification or at least awareness
- experience with Agile and Dev/Ops methodologies, e.g., Scrum or SAFe
