This role entails close collaboration with Payroll and local HR team, benefits administration, handling service requests, and maintaining data in SAP and Workday. If you've got experience in HR Operations, advanced MS Excel skills, HRIS knowledge, and a keen eye for detail, you're exactly who I'm looking for. 

🚀 Project
- support of CZ/SK hire team - whole life-cycle of the employee from hiring to termination
- close collaboration with Payroll team and local HR Team (people partners)
- benefits administration
- handling standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support, experts a/o payroll vendor
- handling employee’s requests on daily basis typically related to all processes incl. Time & Attendance
- data maintenance in SAP, Workday, data checks
- contribute to P&O Services (payroll) projects at country or BU level

🎯 Skills
- HR Operations (Hr Ops) / HR Service Delivery experience
- HRIS (Human Resource Management System) – SAP, Workday
- HR Ops / Payroll projects experience
- reporting, MS Excel advanced
- experience with HR ticketing tool(s)
- customer orientation
- accuracy, detail focus
