🚀 Project
- conducting weekly catch-up calls with the vendor to assess go-live status, identifying issues, and implementing solutions across multiple countries
- managing hypercare check-ins and escalating specific country challenges
- coordinating the creation of 521 (access) forms, requesting virtual desktops, managing HRIS access, and escalating IT support needs for new joiners from the vendor’s team
- managing local portal access and collaboration tools, including DocuSign and local specifics for H2R and Benefits portals
- providing tailored support based on country requirements, such as T&A workflow alignment, payroll variance checks, and benefits system transitions
- overseeing payroll reconciliation, including variance reporting, tax reporting, and bank file approvals for each country after go-live
- escalating data requirements or configuration issues to ensure that payroll and benefits systems are aligned and functioning correctly post-transition
- implementing controls for payroll and bank file processes, ensuring timely approvals and escalation of variances or corrections post-go-live
- coordinating penny testing and parallel payroll runs to ensure successful payment flows and accurate payroll calculations for each go-live country.
