Do you consider yourself as a tech-savvy professional efficient in managing technical incidents and service requests from start to finish? Are you able to serve as a focal point for customers on all technical inquiries? The role involves frequent communication with Swedish customers and upkeep of technical documentation in Swedish language. With strong knowledge of AD, Azure AD, LCM methodologies, certificate management and other network protocols, you will also oversee the Active Directory management in both local and Azure environments, keep the systems up-to-date and handle ADFS for single sign-on authentication. Proficiency in Swedish and strong organizational skills are crucial for this role. If you love technology and have a knack for details, this opportunity is for you.

🚀 Project
- handle all technical incidents (INC) and service requests (Req) from initiation through resolution
- act as the main point of contact for customers regarding technical questions and issues
- conduct operational meetings with customers in Swedish to discuss ongoing technical operations and requirements.
- update technical documentation in Swedish to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- manage Life Cycle Management (LCM) on the operating system level, ensuring systems are up to date and compliant
- administer Active Directory (AD) both locally and in Azure environments, managing user accounts, group policies, and security configurations
- certificate management, ensuring certificates are current and valid
- maintain and troubleshoot ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) for single sign-on authentication
- manage DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), NTP (Network Time Protocol), and file sharing services

🎯 Skills
- fluent in Swedish for effective communication with customers and documentation purposes
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing technical documentation and operational procedures
- proficiency in managing and troubleshooting AD, Azure AD, and associated services
- experience with LCM practices and methodologies on OS and application levels
- knowledge of certificate management practices and protocols
- familiarity with ADFS configuration and troubleshooting
- understanding of DNS, DHCP, NTP, and file sharing technologies and their implementations in enterprise environments
