I am looking for senior Application Specialist, who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, monitoring application and system performance, ensuring their availability and reliability. You'll also be tasked with addressing Application Operations-related incidents, high-priority issues, and requests. The ideal candidate also has a knack for problem-solving, an analytical mind, and a willingness to collaborate internally and externally for issue resolution. 🚀 Project
- manage and maintain applications within the Application Operations (AO) team
- monitor application and system performance, ensuring availability and reliability
- resolve Application Operations-related problems, incidents, and requests in accordance with agreed SLAs
- provide support and communication with customers in Swedish
- handle high-priority issues and incidents within the specified time frames, including 24/7 SLA with a 30-minute response time
- collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
- create and update documentation related to applications and procedures
