IT Operations Engineer (44357)

Enjoy getting hands-on with application operations and solving L2 and L3 issues? A small company in Budapest that develops its own communication HUB product is adding an IT Operations Engineer to its team. You will operate information systems at L2+ support level, monitor applications and analyse application and system logs in an environment built on Linux, Kubernetes/OKD and Docker. Advanced Linux and Kubernetes/OKD skills are required, together with English C1, Hungarian C1 and Slovak B2–C1.

🚀 Project
- operating information systems at L2+ support level
- monitoring applications and overseeing their operation
- analysing application and system logs
- supporting development teams with operational activities
- managing and configuring environments, deploying releases and troubleshooting issues
- supporting IT service management processes – Incident, Problem, Release and Access Management
- recording tickets and escalating requests to L3 support, analysts and specialists
- own communication HUB product used by major banks, insurance companies and utility providers in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary
- tech stack: Debian, Windows Server, Proxmox, Bash, Nginx, HAProxy, Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Zabbix, Graylog, Docker Swarm, Docker Compose, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Celery
