Software contracts, licences and vendor agreements need a safe pair of hands when an enterprise splits its IT in two. A global advisory firm is looking for an Application Vendor Contracts / Licensing Specialist based in Poland for a large-scale IT separation project, who will coordinate application software contracts, licensing and asset transfers across vendors. Senior-level experience in software licensing, vendor contract coordination or software asset administration is required – fully remote, starting ASAP.

🚀 Project
- enterprise IT separation (carve-out) programme involving the transfer of application-related software assets and vendor agreements
- coordination of application software contracts, licensing and asset transfers
- working with software vendors on licensing activities and contract changes
- contract CP from 11/2026 for one year, 100 % remote from Poland, start ASAP, occasional travel (potentially UK) if required

🎯 Skills
- senior-level experience in software licensing, vendor contract coordination or software asset administration

- English C1, Polish C1
