Java Developer (43917)

Strong in Java, comfortable in React and happy to code with AI by your side? A global technology company providing solutions for restaurants and retail is strengthening its Prague team with an experienced Java & React Developer. You will develop menu management products that let restaurant staff take orders right at the table with an online connection to the cloud back office – from design and implementation to testing. We are looking for long-term Java experience from global projects, solid React skills, cloud know-how and active use of AI tools such as Copilot or Claude Code.

🚀 Project
- product portfolio for restaurants – table-side ordering with an online connection to the cloud back office
- higher ordering precision, faster service and lower operating costs
- designing, modifying, implementing and documenting software application enhancements
- product specifications, designs and technical manuals
- planning and implementing testing strategies, interoperability with third-party products
- contract CP until 3/2027, Prague office on Tuesday–Thursday, 40 % home office

🎯 Skills
- 8+ years of experience with Java, at least 5 years on global projects
- 5+ years of experience with React
- cloud computing (GCP is an advantage)
- active use of AI coding tools – Copilot or Claude Code
- ability to make development decisions independently
- English C1
