Change Manager (42699)

I'm looking for a skilled Change Manager to help shape adoption and engagement within a global transformation initiative. You will transform programme objectives into measurable business outcomes, lead change impact assessments, and create communication and enablement strategies supporting Career Hub and learning integrations. You should feel comfortable navigating fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments and translating complex strategies into practical actions. Strong experience with enterprise transformation programmes and HCM systems such as Workday is essential. Pharma sector knowledge is welcome but not required.

🚀 Project
- translating programme objectives into clear change outcomes, success measures, and adoption KPIs
- conducting detailed change impact assessments, with a strong focus on employee and manager impacts related to Career Hub
- developing and delivering change and communication strategies for learning suggestions integrations within FRT
- preparing materials for stakeholder engagement sessions (presentations, demos, videos, enablement assets)
- participating in stakeholder and sponsor meetings, capturing feedback, and translating insights into actions
- preparing regular written updates and contributing to the quarterly T&D change newsletter
- supporting key messages and progress updates for sponsor calls
- building practical enablement and activation materials

🎯 Skills
- strong experience in change management for large, enterprise‑wide transformation programmes
- proven ability to translate strategy into practical change, communication, and enablement activities
- hands‑on experience creating change assets (toolkits, playbooks, FAQs, learning content)
- excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including work with senior sponsors
- comfortable working in complex, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments
- experience with Workday or similar HCM systems implementation
