HR Operations Specialist (40330)

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will lead country-level HR operations including Payroll, Time Management, Hire-to-Retire, and Benefits Administration. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. Your role includes driving adoption of HR technologies, promoting process standardization, and supporting continuous improvement. 🚀 Project
- lead in-country HR operations across Payroll, Time Management, Hire-to-Retire and Benefits Administration
- ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations and internal policies
- drive adoption and optimal use of HR technologies and tools
- act as primary contact for country-level P&O operations and collaborate with local and regional teams
- promote process standardization, automation and continuous improvement
- govern relationships with external vendors and monitor performance through SLAs and KPIs

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years experience in HR operations, preferably in complex environments
- strong knowledge of Payroll, Time, H2R and Benefits processes
- experience with HRIS platforms (SAP, Workday) and related Payroll, Time and case management systems
- ENG C1
